This six months program will extensively cover the core retail banking functions. Its design has been validated by the banks to ensure that participants would master banking operations & professional skills, so that the banks would get fully trained employees.

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate should have completed Graduation in any discipline with 50% marks. Post Graduation would be an added advantage and such candidates would be eligible for absorption by the banks at Officer’s level.
